Karl Martin

Karl Martin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service management and construction. Since February 2019, Karl has served as a Service Manager at Platform Housing Group, overseeing the delivery of refurbished homes across two regions for Platform Housing Group and Rooftop Housing Group customers. Previously, from November 2013 to August 2018, Karl worked as a Contracts Manager at NKS CONTRACTS (CENTRAL) LIMITED, facilitating kitchen and bathroom adaptations for social and sheltered housing in the south of England. Karl's career began in the British Army, where from April 1986 to December 2012, Karl held roles as a Personnel Manager and Logistics Officer focused on operations and planning.
