Dev L. has extensive work experience in the insurance and benefits industry. They began their career at O & A as a Director of Benefit Administration, where they developed and implemented new benefits programs and streamlined administration processes, resulting in cost savings. They then moved on to SCB, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Client Services & Account Management and Senior Director of Global Benefits and LOA Management. In these positions, Dev L. demonstrated strong leadership and relationship-building skills, ensuring optimal service delivery, increasing employee engagement, and fostering positive company culture. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Services at PLATFORM Insurance Management Inc.

Dev L. has a diverse and extensive education history. They obtained a Bachelor of Psychology from Western University in 1994. They also attended Etobicoke Collegiate from 1985 to 1991. In terms of specialized certifications, Dev L. completed the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2017. They further attained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from IFEBP in 2020.
