Staci Rinkowski has a strong background in customer support and business administration. Staci began their career at United Telesis in 2001, where they served as an Office Manager Administrative Assistant. In this role, they managed various administrative tasks, including customer support, bookkeeping, and receptionist duties. Staci also supervised a team of three support staff members. In 2003, Staci joined Mean Street Solutions as the Director of Customer Support. In addition to providing customer support, they also developed internal processes for business administration functions and created support documentation. Staci then moved on to Platform28 in 2005, where they took on the role of VP of Customer Experience. In this position, they led the company's efforts in providing scalable cloud communications solutions, integrating various contact center services and social media platforms.
