Jeff Bajek

Jeff Bajek has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Jeff is currently working as the Chief Credit Officer at Platinum Bank since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the EVP and Chief Credit Officer at Choice Financial from September 2018 to August 2019. From October 2009 to September 2018, they worked at Venture Bank, where they held the position of SVP & Chief Credit Officer. During their tenure, they managed multiple departments, chaired the Bank's Senior Loan Committee, and advised the Loan Officers on credit risk. Before Venture Bank, Jeff worked at Peoples Bank of Commerce as Vice President, where they generated significant loan closings and fee income. Jeff also performed ongoing credit monitoring and review of financial statements. Jeff started their career at Richfield Bank & Trust as an Assistant Vice President and later worked at Norwest Bank as a Portfolio Banker, originating credit facilities and advising clients on debt restructuring. Jeff also gained valuable experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as an Analyst, performing detailed analysis and tracking monetary policy, and at Citi as an Analyst.

Jeff Bajek completed their education in Finance at Concordia University-St. Paul from 1988 to 1992.
