Ashley Williams

Ashley Williams has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ashley began their career in 2010 as a Territory Sales Manager at Accurate Medical Equipment & Supply. Ashley then held multiple roles at UniversalMed Supply - Dusara Corporation Affiliate from 2012 to 2016, including Director of Human Resources & Operations and Operations Manager. In 2016, they joined Modoma as a Human Resources Director, where they provided HR support, managed recruitment, and offered guidance on policies and conflict resolution. From 2022 to 2023, Ashley worked as a Master's Level Counseling Intern at Lifeologie Counseling. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Platinum Dermatology Partners. Additionally, Ashley has future plans to work as a Certified Life Coach at New Roots Counseling starting in 2023.

Ashley Williams holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Peru State College, completed in 2012. Ashley then pursued a certification as a Certified Life Coach from Life Purpose Institute Inc, obtained in 2019. Ashley went on to earn a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition, Ashley has obtained certifications in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and How to Resolve Conflicts from LinkedIn, and they are a Certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator from SYMBIS Assessment, both obtained in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
