Kevin Lessmann

Kevin Lessmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin is currently working at Platinum Equity as the Vice President - Portfolio Operations. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Transformation at Custom Truck One Source. Prior to that, they worked at Kearney as an Associate Partner and Strategic Operations Consultant. Kevin also served as an Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University Naval ROTC. Kevin started their career in the US Navy, where they held roles such as Submarine Qualified Warfare Officer and Assistant Operations Officer on the USS Albuquerque. Kevin also gained extensive engineering knowledge as an Engineering Student at the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Power School.

Kevin Lessmann holds a B.S. degree in English from the United States Naval Academy, which was obtained between 2000 and 2004. Kevin then pursued a Masters of Arts in English at Georgetown University from 2004 to 2005. Subsequently, Kevin completed an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, from 2008 to 2010.
