Wilson Chan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Wilson started their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Amtek Technology Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for metal stamping and production processes. Wilson then moved on to become the Plant Manager at Huizhou Amtek Technology Ltd, overseeing the operations of the plant.

After that, Wilson served as the General Manager at Amtek Engineering Ltd, managing the profit and loss and overall operations of Huizhou Amtek Technology Ltd. Wilson successfully grew sales revenue and doubled profits during their tenure.
