Kimberly Morales

Kimberly Morales has been working in the security industry for the past three years. Kimberly started their career as a human resources assistant at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for handling employee onboarding and orientation, as well as processing payroll and benefits paperwork. Kimberly left Securitas in April 2021 to take on a new role as regional recruiting manager at Platinum Group Security.

Prior to working in security, Kimberly held various customer service positions. Kimberly worked as a cashier at Dairy Queen from November 2012 to February 2014, and then as a host at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from February 2014 to August 2014. In their most recent customer service role, they worked as a guest services associate at RaceTrac from April 2014 to January 2018.

Outside of their professional life, Kimberly enjoys spending time with their family and friends. Kimberly is an avid reader and enjoys exploring new places.

Kimberly Morales has an associate's degree in diagnostic medical sonography/sonographer and ultrasound technician from Valencia College. Kimberly also has certification from the American Safety & Health Institute in CPR.

They are on a team with Angela Hess - Regional Recruiting Manager, Debbie Kriebel - National Training Manager. Their manager is Vanessa Pauley, Human Resources Manager.
