Pooja Srivastava

Pooja Srivastava has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Pooja started their career at Emerson Automation Solutions as an HR Generalist, where they handled recruitment, employee engagement activities, and HRIS reports. After that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Corbus India Llp, focusing on employee engagement, internal communication, and analyzing employee issues and trends. Pooja then joined ATS HomeKraft as an Assistant Manager, responsible for talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee engagement, and training and development. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Corbus India LLP, where their responsibilities included talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and initiatives. Most recently, Pooja has been working as a People Generalist at Plative.

Pooja Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and English from the University of Lucknow between 2003 and 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university from 2007 to 2009.
