Meena Rajvaidya

Meena Rajvaidya has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Meena began their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer at HSBC Global Technology (GLT) Pune, where they were involved in the development of a messaging system (GMG). In 2007, they moved to Satpath Systems Inc, where they restructured and improved Network Management System Software to meet new requirements. Meena then joined Apple in 2008 as a Software Engineer, where they worked on an R&D project for moving DB Services to Cloud. In 2011, they joined Cisco as a Director of Engineering / Principal Engineer, and later served as a Sr. Eng Manager/ Tech Lead, leading a team of 15 engineers and managing the user interface for ACI-APIC. Meena then moved to Technical Leader/Eng. Manager, where they served as a liaison between services team and the engineering team. In 2020, they joined Plato as a Mentor - Engineering Leadership.

Meena Rajvaidya completed their MCA in Computer Science from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore. Before that, they obtained their B.Sc. in Mathematics from Vikram University, Ujjain.
