John Bassili

John Bassili is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in training and technical support. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Analyst Technical Instructor at Per Scholas, John conducts training contracted by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and has designed a comprehensive 15-week course preparing students for the CompTIA CySA+ certification. Additional roles include Cyber Security Consultant at Platt College and Adjunct Instructor for Information Technology at the California Institute of Applied Technology, where John teaches a variety of IT and cybersecurity courses. John’s previous positions include IT Support Specialist II at STG Logistics, providing Level 2 technical support, and Information Technology Support Specialist at A&H Glazing, among others. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
