Kristy Veltri

Program Director - Veterinary Technology at Platt College

Kristy Veltri serves as the Program Director and Professor for the Veterinary Technology Program at Platt College since August 2012, with responsibilities including instruction and clinical lab management. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Veterinary Technician at Happy Pets Veterinary Center, where tasks encompassed hospital and inventory management, patient care, and surgical assisting, among others. Additional positions held include Registered Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Assistant at Palm Plaza Pet Hospital, with earlier roles as a Veterinary Assistant at Seco Canyon Animal Clinic and as a Receptionist at multiple animal clinics. Kristy Veltri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Argosy University and an Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology from Los Angeles Pierce College.
