Mikael Hilmart

Mikael Hilmart is an experienced teknikkonsult specializing in fastighetsteknik with a focus on energy, environment, and VVS, as well as cooling, service, and indoor climate. Since September 2017, Mikael has operated Hilmart Teknikkonsult AB and has held the role of teknisk förvaltare at NCC PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AB since June 2023, overseeing the management of iconic buildings in Gothenburg. Additionally, Mikael has provided technical management services at Platzer Fastigheter AB while also fulfilling an intermediary role in technical support and consultancy. Previous experience includes a position as Gruppchef at Bengt Dahlgren and assignments at Carlanderska sjukhuset as a teknisk fastighetsförvaltare.
