Francisco Illescas has worked in various roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Junior Architect at Boutique de Arquitectura. In 2012, they were a Project Manager at Lomelin Project Administration, where they were responsible for project development logistics and control from early design stages up to construction substantial completion. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Marketing Manager and Brand Manager at Play Business, where they were a founding member of the first Mexican equity based crowdfunding platform and was responsible for developing brand awareness through BTL campaigns. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Deputy Director - CMO at Tesseract, where they built and led the sales and marketing departments and was responsible for the development and effective implementation of price structures, sales processes, budget control and marketing strategy. In 2020, they became the Managing Partner / Marketing Specialist at Nave Capital, where they are responsible for marketing research and strategy, analysis of financial feasibility & capital raising and allocation. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Mexico Marketing Manager at Sizzling Platter Mexico, where they were responsible for developing BTL & ATL strategies for Dunkin’ Donuts and Little Caesars brands.
Francisco Illescas obtained their ARCHITECT degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2011, after studying ARCHITECTURE from 2007 to 2011. Francisco then pursued a Master's Degree in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING from EGADE Business School from 2012 to 2014, and also achieved a MASTER IN MARKETING certification from the same institution in December 2014. In June 2016, they obtained an Inversionista Angel certification from Play Business.
