Chris Slovak has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2002. Chris began their career as a Systems Design Intern at Sun Microsystems, followed by a role as a Certification Assurance Tester at National Standard Testing Labs. In 2005, they became a Project Manager at Kintera Inc. (purchased by Blackbaud) and then moved on to become the Director of Web Production at HookIt.com (formerly SponsorHouse Inc). In 2009, they joined Yahoo! as a Senior Technical Account Manager and then moved on to SearchForce, where they were a Senior Solutions Engineer. In 2013, they began working at Tealium as a Director of Global Sales Engineering and Senior Sales Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Challenger Interactive, where they are responsible for offering a unique on-demand approach for gamers to compete for cash prizes.
Chris Slovak has an extensive educational background. Chris attended Saint John's High School from 1997 to 1999. Chris then went on to study Information Systems at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a B.S. degree. During this time, Chris also attended Griffith University from 2001 to 2002, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Chris has obtained a number of certifications, including Tealium Certified User from Tealium in April 2013, Google AdWords Certification from Google in November 2012, Microsoft Advertising Accredited Professional from Microsoft, and Right Media Exchange Training from Right Media.
