Sarah Cook Thiess

Sarah Cook Thiess, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic business development. Currently serving as the Executive Multi-Business Unit Owner for Playa Bowls in Louisville and Middletown since July 2022, Sarah previously held various leadership roles at Humana from February 2008 to September 2022. These roles included Director of Customer Success for Commercial, where strategic planning and customer experience enhancement were key focuses, and Senior Strategic Advancement Advisor for the Kidney Care Team. Additional responsibilities included establishing best practices in workforce management, overseeing governance in health transformation initiatives, and developing enterprise engagement strategies. Sarah holds an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Leadership from Bellarmine University and a BBA from the School of Business and Economics at Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin.
