Eric Tilden

Eric Tilden serves as the Director of ESG & Sustainability at Playa Hotels & Resorts, having established and led the global Sustainability and ESG Department since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tilden was the Senior Director of ESG at Elme Communities, where leadership focused on enterprise-wide ESG programs and comprehensive reporting aligned with leading standards. Tilden's career includes significant positions at Cushman & Wakefield, where oversight included energy and sustainability services, and at the National Association of Home Builders with a focus on sustainability and green building strategies. Tilden also has experience as a Sustainability Project Manager and Civil Project Engineer, contributing to sustainable design and construction projects and civil engineering initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of Florida.
