Rawle Shortridge

Rawle Shortridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Playa Hotels & Resorts since November 2019, Rawle also holds the position of Senior IT Manager for Playa Resorts Jamaica. Previous roles include Systems Manager at Hyatt Ziva & Zilara Rose Hall and The Ritz Carlton Golf & Spa Resort in Jamaica, demonstrating expertise in critical support analysis and innovative problem-solving. Prior to this, Rawle worked as a Senior Technical Representative at Xerox, leading teams in customer service and technical support for major clients, and began a career in banking with NCB. Rawle possesses advanced knowledge in technology paired with a strong business acumen, focusing on reliability and productivity improvements.
