Emily Yang

Emily Yang is an accomplished professional in event management and athletic coaching with extensive experience across various levels of sports. Currently serving as an NBA, MLB, and NFL Venue Event Manager at Playbook Sports since November 2022, Emily collaborates with the head of event operations to manage events at major sports venues while providing on-site support. Concurrently, Emily holds positions as an Assistant Gymnastics Coach and Athletic Director Intern at Lincoln High School, where responsibilities include organizing events and arranging transportation for athletes. As an Assistant Slowpitch Coach with Rainier Athletes, Emily mentors low-income minority students in life skills and job preparedness. Earlier coaching roles included working with young gymnasts at Ascend Gymnastics Center and serving as a counselor at SAMBICA. Emily holds a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership and a Bachelor of Education in Education, Communities, and Organization from the University of Washington, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Green River College.
