Avi Blum

Avi Blum is a multifaceted music professional with extensive experience in songwriting, composition, and education. As the founder of Just Write Music since February 2020, Avi has been dedicated to teaching songwriting, music composition, and music production through an educational platform. Concurrently, as a freelance writer for Playbuzz since November 2014, Avi produces diverse content including articles, quizzes, and marketing materials. With a passion for teaching, Avi has instructed guitar and music theory at C Note Music School since February 2017. In addition, Avi operates Avi Blum Music, focusing on composing, recording, and mixing for digital media since February 2014. Previous roles include an internship as an assistant audio engineer at Masterdisk and as an executive assistant at Heritage Financial Planning. Avi holds a BA in Music Composition from The City College of New York and a strong background in history from earlier education at SUNY Potsdam and Paul D. Schreiber High School.
