Game Designer at Player First Games

Ian Rapoport has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as the Executive Arts Editor for La Vista - Mira Costa High School Newspaper. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Writing Tutor at University of California, Santa Cruz - Crown College, Project Lead at University of California, Santa Cruz | Game Design and Art Collaboration, Undergraduate Researcher / Game Writer at University of California, Santa Cruz Expressive Intelligence Studio, and Event Coordinator at Game Design Art Collaboration. In 2018, they also worked as a Lead Designer and Programmer at Squish, and Full Stack Engineering Intern at Mavenlink. Currently, they are a Game Designer at Player First Games, where they are the lead designer for Garnet from Steven Universe, Taz from Looney Tunes, as well as unannounced upcoming fighters.

Ian Rapoport attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Computer Science: Computer Game Design. In 2017, they also attended International Christian University.
