Hilit Maayan

Hilit Maayan is the VP of Product Strategy at PlayerMaker. Hilit has over 8 years of experience in product strategy and design. Hilit has a strong background in user experience and user-centered design principles.

Hilit started their career as a product designer at Trax Image Recognition, where they led the product-UX design team and was responsible for the strategy and vision of Trax products. Hilit then moved on to ImpacTech, where they worked as a domain expert and mentor for socially impact startups, helping them to create meaningful MVPs and focus their business models.

In 2012, Hilit joined Google as a product-UX mentor. In this role, they provided guidance and direction to new and innovative digital products and services. Hilit also oversaw the on-boarding of new products and services. Hilit remained in this role until 2020.

Hilit is currently the VP of Product Strategy at PlayerMaker. In this role, they are responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for PlayerMaker products. Hilit also works closely with the engineering team to ensure that products are designed and built with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.

Hilit Maayan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Cognitive Psychology and Human-Factors Engineering from the University of Haifa, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Tel Aviv University. Hilit is also certified from Infinify ✪ Product Leadership Academy by Noa Ganot in CPO BOOTCAMP.
