Clare Zhang

Clare graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Economics and Finance before moving on to the London Business School for her Masters in Management. She started her career as an intern at an HR software startup, which kickstarted her passion for startups and fast growing tech. Despite spending some time as a merchandiser at Bloomingdale’s after her bachelors, she continued to pursue her passion for tech as part of the driver operations team at Uber, where she helped to grow driver engagement. She then moved to LiveFlow - an early stage B2B SaaS startup - and realised her true calling to find and scale the tech companies of tomorrow.

Clare recently joined Playfair as an Analyst focusing on deal sourcing and the initial stages of the investment process.
