Curtis Winger

Curtis Winger currently serves as Vice President of Esports Operations at Playfly Sports since September 2022, where oversight includes platform development, competition, and production for esports products. Prior to this role, Curtis was Senior Director of Operations at Playfly Esports from November 2020 to August 2022, leading scholastic and collegiate esports competitions and broadcast efforts. Curtis's prior experience includes serving as Director of Programming for Esports at Cineplex from June 2016 to November 2020, developing and executing national and international esports programs. Additionally, Curtis held the role of Community Engagement and Program Coordinator at WorldGaming Network from February 2015 to June 2016, focusing on player needs and tournament scheduling. Curtis Winger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia and Film Studies from McMaster University, earned in 2010.
