Kevin Taylor, MSHRD, SHRM-CP, STA has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Kevin is currently the Director, Talent Acquisition (Lead) at Playfly Sports, where they are responsible for strategic talent acquisition initiatives and onboarding processes. Prior to this, Kevin was the Human Resources Manager and Recruitment Lead at HomeJab, overseeing HR strategies and talent acquisition for a workforce of over 1,500 employees. Kevin also served as a Programs (Payroll) Coordinator at NJTL of Trenton, where they implemented communication and public relations strategies. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Service Representative at the United States Tennis Association, focusing on increasing community engagement and market share. Throughout their career, Kevin has consistently played key roles in talent acquisition, HR operations, and workforce growth strategies.

Kevin Taylor, MSHRD, SHRM-CP, STA, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. Kevin earned their Master's of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Leadership from the same institution. Kevin also holds a Bachelor's degree from Chestnut Hill College.
