Josh Massey

Josh Massey has an extensive background in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Call Center Representative at The Walt Disney Company since September 2011. In addition, Josh has worked at Playhouse on the Square as a stage technician focused on lighting since February 2009, where responsibilities include operating the light board and maintaining lighting instruments. Previous experience includes positions as a fuel clerk at Schnuck Markets, Inc. and a photographer at Walt Disney World, where Josh captured memorable moments for guests. Josh also contributed to enhancing guest experiences as part of the Merchantainment team at Walt Disney World in 2003. Educational qualifications include a degree from The University of Memphis, obtained between 2002 and 2013.
