Heloisa Bonelli has accumulated valuable experience in customer experience at PlayKids since August 2020. Prior to this role, Heloisa served as an administrative assistant at Imobiliária Silveira e Filhos, focusing on real estate contracts. Heloisa also gained experience as an accounting intern at DME Energética S/A, where the emphasis was on fiscal routines, and as an intern at the Prefeitura Municipal de Poços de Caldas, concentrating on administrative tasks and internal process control. Heloisa's early career involved an internship at O Turistão LTDA, which included administrative duties, supplier negotiations, and client acquisition. Heloisa completed education at Pitagoras from 2016 to 2020.
