Liz Pastor

Liz Pastor has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within technology and marketing companies. Liz is currently the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at PlayOn! Sports, where they oversee streaming and digital ticketing services for high schools across the nation. Prior to this, Liz was the Vice President of Product Support & Services at Hopin, an event management platform, where they led teams responsible for onboarding, servicing, educating, and resolving customer issues.

Liz also held leadership positions at Mailchimp, where they served as the Vice President of Customer Team and oversaw a team of 300 members focused on customer experience, technical support, billing, compliance, and customer education. Additionally, they were the Director of Customer Support Operations at Mailchimp, where they bridged the gap between product development and support and gathered customer feedback to improve Mailchimp's products.

Before Mailchimp, Liz was the Chief Product Officer at Allconnect, where they established and developed the product department, built a strong team, and managed all product development and management for B2C websites and internal sales systems.

At CareerBuilder, Liz held several leadership roles, including Vice President of CareerBuilder.com Product, Vice President of User Experience & e-Commerce, Senior Director of Online Products, Consumer Products Director, and Marketing Director. In these roles, they led teams responsible for product development, user experience, and ecommerce revenue growth.

Liz has a strong track record of driving growth, improving customer experience, and building and leading high-performing teams.

Liz Pastor holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Liz Pastor has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and as an Innovation Games Facilitator from Innovation Games.
