Daniela Lagunes

Daniela Lagunes is currently a staff accountant at Osmo. Daniela has previously worked as a freelance accounting consultant and as the CFO of Caveo Networks.

Lagunes has experience in designing and implementing internal controls and procedures, supervising bookkeeping and general financial accounting, and managing payroll processes. At Caveo Networks, they were also responsible for generating and analyzing accounting and financial reports, creating and rolling out a structured travel expense policy, calculating and running bi-weekly payroll, and reducing sales response time to clients.

Lagunes has a proven track record of improving efficiency in internal account management and increasing motivation of sales reps. Daniela is skilled in cost reduction strategies and has successfully implemented new sales compensation plans. Lagunes is also experienced in managing the procure-to-pay cycle, including negotiations on credit lines and payment terms with suppliers as well as import/export operations with customs.

Daniela Lagunes studied financial management at Tecnológico de Monterrey and then went on to do a project management program at Stanford Continuing Studies. Daniela also has a certificate in Latin America and globalization from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and they did an international exchange program in financial management at Auckland University of Technology.

Their manager is Sandhya Nath, Director of Finance and Accounting.
