Customer Experience at Osmo

Jerry Benjamin currently works as the Customer Experience representative at Osmo. Prior to this, they worked at Tempo from October 2020 to March 2022, where they were the Quality Assurance and Member Experience representative. Jerry was also the initial member of the Tempo Quality Assurance team, helping to grow the team to three members and implement Playvox as the QA platform of choice. Jerry regularly hosted virtual sales demos with prospective customers, becoming a product expert with the ability to answer customers’ questions related to product, service, and orders. Jerry also responded to customer inquiries from all Tempo platforms, offering sales assistance, product knowledge, and fitness advice. Jerry was successful in identifying and documenting customer pain points.

Jerry Benjamin has a Master’s Degree in Asian Studies/South Asia with an economic concentration from Cornell University. Jerry also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Rutgers University.
