Gilliane Lefrant is the current Head of Talent & People at PlayPlay. Gilliane has over 7 years of experience in the Talent Management field. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Talent Management at Mention, a company that changes the way companies monitor their online presence. Gilliane has also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Volt (Europe), where they were responsible for qualifying needs with Hiring Managers, hunting Technical and Sales profiles from the ICT industry, approaching passive Talents, advertising jobs, qualifying CVs and leading physical and phone interviews, building strong relationships with candidates, advising clients on recruitment process improvement, sharing detailed interview feedbacks, and delivering trainings on recruitment best practices to the team.

Gilliane Lefrant has a Master's degree in Business Development from ESICAD Nice and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from the same school. Gilliane also has a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate.
