Véronique Goutierre

Véronique Goutierre is currently the VP, Strategy & Operations at PlayPlay. Prior to this, they were the Head of Services Excellence at Exclusive Networks from January 2019 to May 2022. Initiating a global Customer Satisfaction Program was one of their many responsibilities in this role. Before Exclusive Networks, Véronique was a Manager at Bain & Company from May 2014 to January 2019 where they gained expertise in Retail and Consumer Goods through leading strategic-led transformation, omnichannel strategy, turnaround and international development projects in France and South Africa. Véronique was also a Private Equity Analyst - Mid Caps Investment Banking at Société Générale Capital Partenaires from September 2012 to February 2013 and a Finance Control & Accounting Project Manager at Educastream from June 2011 to October 2011.

Véronique Goutierre has a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from ESSEC Business School. Véronique also has an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Véronique is a certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
