Allyson Kennedy Swett

Allyson Kennedy Swett has extensive experience in finance and project management. Allyson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Project Management Office Chair at PlayPower, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Finance for TTI Floor Care North America, where they oversaw the financial aspects of a $1 billion revenue retail floor care division.

Allyson also held various roles at Newell Rubbermaid, including Senior Director of Finance for the Global Supply Chain, Director of Finance for Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing & Planning, Director of Finance for Sales, Marketing, R&D, and International Expansion, and Senior Manager of Finance for Sales, Marketing, and R&D. Allyson managed financial operations and supported new product development, revenue expansion, and strategic planning.

Earlier in their career, Allyson served as the Controller at United Technologies and the Accounting Manager at Sprint.

Allyson Kennedy Swett has pursued higher education in the field of business and leadership. Allyson received their MBA with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA degree in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in September 2018.
