Olesya Serzhinskaya

Olesya Serzhinskaya has had a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Olesya started their career in 2010 as a Researcher at MAZ-KUPAVA, conducting sociological research and providing analytical reports. Olesya then worked as a Researcher at Minsk Orthopedic Plant and B&B Insurance Company, gaining experience in different fields. In 2011, they conducted strategic sociological research at MAZ and continued this role in 2012. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Events Manager at Westminster Belarus Forum, organizing events and providing support to Belarus delegations in the UK. In 2015, they became an HR Business Partner at LLC "Lemarket", where they supported the development of a high-performance culture. In 2018, they became a Global Human Resources Business Partner at LLC "SLOIPOLIMER" Belarus, responsible for HR processes and talent management. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Head of HR Department at DLC "Aquaecology", overseeing HR processes and supporting management in leadership development. Their most recent position is as an HR Lead at Playtika, where they lead HR operations.

Olesya Serzhinskaya obtained a Certified Coach certification from Enternational Erickson Coaching University in 2020. In the same year, they also received certification as a trainer from Harvard University's Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning. From 2010 to 2012, Olesya studied Economic Sociology at the Institute of Sociology, National Academy of Sciences in Belarus. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Sociology, specializing in social and political disciplines, at Belarusian State University.
