Yael Zilberstein Brown

Yael Zilberstein Brown has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and compensation & benefits. Yael began their career at the Ministry of Finance in Israel as a Referent from December 2005 to August 2007. Yael then moved on to Perrigo, where they worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst from September 2007 to August 2010. Yael then joined Amdocs as a Global Compensation & Benefits Expert from August 2010 to June 2014, and later as a Sales Compensation Group Leader from an unknown start date to June 2017. Since July 2017, Yael has been with Playtika, holding positions such as Global Compensation and Benefits Director, Senior Director Global Compensation & Benefits, Chief of Staff HR, and currently serves as the VP HR Operations.

Yael Zilberstein Brown holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2004 to 2007. Yael also obtained another Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same university from 2003 to 2007.
