Berit Sæther has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Berit currently works at Playvox, where they hold the role of Director of Customer Success since December 2021. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at the same company from September 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Playvox, Berit worked at eDreams ODIGEO as a Group CS Quality Manager from November 2015 to July 2019. Berit also has previous experience at SELLBYTEL Group Spain, where they held various roles including Quality & Reporting Manager from October 2010 to November 2015, Team Manager from March 2006 to September 2010, and IT Helpdesk Expert from January 2005 to February 2006.

Berit Sæther's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing - Honours Degree from BI Norwegian Business School, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002.
