Jamie Manzanalez has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. They recently served as the Head of Customer Experience at PlayVS, where they developed and implemented a customer experience strategy resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention rates. Prior to that, Jamie worked at Blizzard Entertainment as a Team Manager, leading and coaching three teams of customer support representatives to improve their performance. They also co-owned and managed day-to-day operations and community initiatives at RizeUp Gaming, an online community promoting tolerance and charity work. In addition, Jamie served as a Kaba Mas Manager at Wincor Nixdorf, where they handled highly sensitive information related to security and ATM access for major banks. Lastly, at Dell Computers, they served as a Level 2 Support Supervisor, providing internal support and developing training materials for new products.
From 2007 to 2010, Jamie Manzanalez attended Colorado Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
