María González Herrero

Mariana Aguirre has a diverse professional background, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, where the focus is on an online store for organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an assistant compliance officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching responsibilities as a university professor in a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
