Lisa Paulos

Lisa Paulos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recreation management and program development. Currently serving as Program Director at Playworks since December 2018, Lisa leads regional impact strategies and oversees all program elements, ensuring quality and strong partnerships across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Previous roles include Recreation Coordinator for the City of Avondale, where Lisa managed ten city parks and collaborated with local non-profits to enhance community recreation programming, as well as various positions in other cities and educational institutions. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
