Amy O. de Vera

Amy O. De Vera has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager/Assistant Manager in Group Operations at Plaza Premium Group since November 2019. This role follows a tenure at The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong as Supervisor of VIP Client Services, where Amy managed VIP Lounge experiences. Prior experience includes supervising VIP Client Services at Fairmont The Palm in Dubai and working in various roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, enhancing customer experiences in executive lounges. Amy began a career in hospitality as a Management Trainee at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport and holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
