Lee Sia Ng

Lee Sia Ng is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Plaza Premium Group since May 2018. In this role, Lee Sia Ng has been instrumental in establishing and managing the HR department for GSC, optimizing payroll services, and leading various strategic HR initiatives. Previous positions include Global HR Project Manager and Human Resource Manager at Bekaert, HR Manager for Amway Malaysia & Brunei, and HR Manager for multiple companies, including Johnson Controls and Cadbury Confectionery. Lee Sia Ng holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management (Human Resource Management) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
