Laura Camargo Salazar has been working in the HR field for almost a decade, focusing on project development and optimization of HR processes. Laura has experience in coordinating and executing administrative processes in various organizations, including Banco Popular Colombia and the Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo MINCIT. Laura has also interned at the Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social, managing entrepreneurial projects. With degrees in Management, HR, Financial Management, and Business Administration, Laura is well-equipped to lead as a People's Chief at Mallplaza, where Laura articulates the organization's purpose with team members for their comprehensive development.
