Dr. Rosalind C. Lee

Dr. Rosalind C. Lee has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of social services. Dr. Rosalind C. worked as a Regional Director of Pennsylvania Operations at PLC - Progressive Life Center starting from August 2011. Prior to that, they served as a National Accreditation Peer Reviewer (Consultant) at the Council on Accreditation from 2007 to 2012. From 2004 to 2011, they held various roles at Progressive Life Center, including Director of Quality Improvement and Director of Recruitment, Training & Licensing. Dr. Rosalind C. was also the Director of Treatment Foster Care & Home Finding Services at Women's Christian Alliance from 2000 to 2004. Before that, they were a Treatment Foster Care Mentor/Supervisor at PSI Services Inc. from 1996 to 2000. Lastly, they worked as an Educational Specialist/SCOH Supervisor at Care People Alliance from 1993 to 1996, where they instructed adjudicated teen mothers in Pre-G. E. D and G.

Dr. Rosalind C. Lee completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at Johnson C. Smith University - JCSU from 1986 to 1990. Dr. Rosalind C. then pursued a Master's Degree in African American Studies at Temple University from 1991 to 1993. Later, they obtained their Doctor of Management degree in Transformational Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2008 to 2011.
