Arvin Siena

Arvin Siena currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Asia Open RAN Academy and NGMN Alliance while holding multiple leadership positions at PLDT since March 1995, including VP and Head of Technology Strategy and Transformation Office. Additional roles at PLDT encompass various senior managerial titles focused on core network planning, transport engineering, and access planning. Arvin also brings expertise as a Senior Technical Advisor for PLDT CLARK TELECOM INC and has contributed as a Board Member and Senior Technical Advisor for Bonifacio Communication Corporation. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the East, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Airlink International Aviation School.
