Paige Heilbrun serves as Chief of Staff at Pleasing since November 2023, following a role as a freelance consultant where partnerships focused on early and growth stage businesses in areas of people, talent, and business operations from October 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of People & Talent Strategy at Venrock, supporting entrepreneurs in building disruptive companies from August 2021 to October 2022, and as Talent & Operations Lead at Community.com, a text messaging SaaS platform, from April 2020 to August 2021. Paige previously held roles at Safire Partners as Senior Associate and Associate, as well as at Kathy Freeman Company as an Executive Search Research Assistant. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
