Iben Maria Johnsen

Iben Maria Johnsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Iben Maria currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Plecto, where they focus on visualizing KPIs and real-time data to increase employee engagement and motivation. Prior to Plecto, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at s360, where they helped companies develop digital strategies. Iben Maria also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Capax Recruitment and CorePartner, where they recruited IT professionals. Additionally, they worked as a Coach at Ramboll Management Consulting, overseeing interviewers and teaching interview techniques. Iben Maria briefly worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Foodjob Nordic, assisting with the digitalization of CVs. Iben also has experience as a Barnepige (nanny) at Kongehuset.

Iben Maria Johnsen earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Uddannelsesvidenskab at Aarhus University in 2018. Iben Maria also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Uddannelsesvidenskab, which they obtained from Aarhus University from 2014 to 2017.
