Klara Rahmani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Klara began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Manager for ERGObaby, where they successfully introduced the brand to the Swedish market. Klara was later promoted to Senior Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, where they assisted in strategic planning and built the HR department for the European Headquarters. Klara then became the Head of Sales & Marketing Europe, responsible for managing the daily operations of the European Headquarters and overseeing subsidiary branches. In 2010, they were promoted again to CEO of ERGObaby Scandinavia AB, where they built and led the Scandinavian headquarters. Klara went on to work as a Project Manager for Promexico, promoting foreign direct investment to Mexico for Nordic companies. Klara then joined Elodie Details AB as the Global Key Account Manager, exceeding sales targets and increasing revenues for the Swedish market. Klara later became the Country Manager for Sweden & Germany, establishing the Elodie Details brand in the German market. Klara then worked for Herobility as the Sales Director for the EMEA, Asia & Pacific regions, leading the strategic planning and international expansion of the brand. Most recently, they joined Kiliaro as a Partner Sales Nordics before assuming the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Plegium AB. Overall, Klara Rahmani has a strong background in sales, marketing, and international business development.

Klara Rahmani has a diverse education history spanning several institutions. Klara first attended Hartnell College in 2000, studying English and administration of justices. After that, they pursued their undergraduate degree at Uppsala University from 2002 to 2007, receiving a BSc. in Behavioral Sciences. In 2007, Klara briefly attended Uppsala University again, focusing on Business & Enterprise and Basic Law. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, they enrolled in the Stockholm School of Economics, where they obtained an Executive MBA with a concentration in General Management and International Management.
