Rogier Waalder is a seasoned asset management and facilities operations professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and diverse property portfolios. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager/Project Co Representative at Plenary Group, Rogier oversees the $1.52 billion Queensland Schools Project, a pioneering public-private partnership initiative.
