Maciej Fiałkowski, ACMA, CGMA

Maciej Fiałkowski has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership positions in their career. Maciej is currently serving as the VP of Finance at Plenti, where they are responsible for executing strategic financial directions and achieving company objectives. In addition, they focus on building sustainable growth paths for the company and modeling future financing rounds. Maciej is also accountable for getting internal financial processes and reporting in place, ensuring they are timely and of high quality.

Prior to their current role, Maciej held the position of CFO, Finance Director, and Board member at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Polska from February 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Financial Controller and Head of Controlling at the same company from December 2012 to January 2019.

Maciej started their career as a Financial Controller at Sodexo Motivation Solutions Polska in 2005 and held that role until November 2012. Before that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Sodexo Pass Polska from September 2002 to December 2004.

Maciej Fiałkowski obtained their Master's degree in Financial Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. From 2011 to 2014, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they became a member of CIMA and obtained the ACMA, CGMA designation. In 2013, they also obtained the Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Additionally, in 2016, they became a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) as a member of the CIMA.
