Armani Sharif

Armani Sharif's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as an Administrative Receptionist at the Hetherington Group Practice NHS GP Surgery. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Specialist Ruby on Rails Consultant at Explore Group, responsible for placing developers in suitable vacancies and generating new clients. Armani then became a Team Leader at Explore Group from 2015 to 2017, where they managed and trained recruitment consultants specializing in various IT and digital markets. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Manager at Explore Group, leading a team of recruitment consultants and also handling business development and client relationship responsibilities. In 2019, they joined Plentific as the Global Head of Talent, overseeing the end-to-end marketplace SaaS platform for property managers.
